Since APT Solutions was established in 1988, over the years it became apparent through our vast knowledge and experience working with our customers there was a requirement for an additional service we could provide to our customers. In 2001, APT were pleased to introduce the Spectrum service offering new and existing customers professional administration and fulfilment services taking the strain out of membership management.

From processing applications and collecting subscriptions, through to campaign management, questionnaire administration and document imaging Spectrum provides the answer.

Spectrum services are particularly well suited to organisations where capacity, time and capital are at a premium, designed to take the strain associated with subscriptions and other intensive processes.
